Located conveniently at the TAMUK campus, our full-service Passport Acceptance Facility is now open to the South Texas community.  We are authorized by the Department of State to execute and mail-in first-time passport applications with the DS-11 form.

The Office of Global Engagement also provides Photo Services for passport applications, visa applications, and OPT photos for our international students. 

We are open to the public and happy to serve our student, faculty, and staff, along with the South Texas community, state and surrounding state citizens. 

Our office is located at 925 West Santa Gertrudis, Kingsville, Texas 78363 on the Texas A&M University-Kingsville campus. Passport and Photo Services are available by appointment only, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, in 20 minute increments daily.
