Faculty teaching fully online classes should hold final exams during finals week of the term in which the class is offered:
Regular 16-week session: May 9 - May 15, 2025
1st 8-weeks session: March 14, 2025
2nd 8-weeks session: May 15, 2025
The date and time of the final exam should be specified on the course syllabus. Faculty are recommended to allow a 24-hour time frame for the final exam, to accommodate students who may have face-to-face exams during the day.
This examination schedule is to be followed rigidly in all instances. Exceptions to this schedule must be made to the Provost through the Dean of the College. A student having three exams schedule on the same day may request that the professor of the middle exam allow an alternative time.
