Official Transcript Requests:  Hold for End of Term Processes – 2017 Fall Semester

Effective 8:00 a.m. Friday, December 8, 2017:  If you are a student registered for the 2017 Fall Semester (16 or 8 week term) and request an official transcript, the Office of the Registrar will hold all requests until all of our end of term processes have been completed.  End of term processes include the following:  posting of final grades, grade changes, excludes for repeated courses, calculating GPAs, posting of honors and academic standing, and verification/awarding of degree for December graduates.  Due to the University being closed for the holiday break, the Registrar’s Office estimates processing of transcripts to begin the first week of January 2018.

If you have any questions or have circumstances that require you to get an official transcript during this timeframe, please come by the Javelina Enrollment Services Center located in the Memorial Student Union Building (room 132) or contact the Office of the Registrar at 361-593-2811.

Final Day to submit Drop/Withdraw appeal request for Fall 2017. (Fall Semester 2017)

Last Class Day/Final Examinations. (Fall Semester 2017-Second 8wk Session)
