A Message from President Vela
As the first institution of higher learning in South Texas, Texas A&M University-Kingsville has changed students' lives for nearly a century and has helped shape our region. The 2024-2027 Strategic Plan will further reaffirm our commitment to our North Star—student success—into our next century of service.
This plan will reflect who we are, define who we want to be, and establish a framework for how we will get there together.
