University Event Planning
The Memorial Student Union Building offers different rooms for hosting events and meetings. In addition to flexible arrangements and attractive settings, the facility staff can provide a full-range of A/V and multimedia services. Requests to utilize Memorial Student Union meeting rooms are handled by the Event Planning Office staff according to guidelines for use of the Memorial Student Union.
You can submit requests in person to the Event Planning Office located on the first floor of the Memorial Student Union Building. You may also call the Event Planning/Camps Offices at 361-593-4173.
Rooms are available free of charge to registered student organizations and university departments for non-revenue-producing events. Individual students, faculty/staff, and other non-university groups planning private events can use the facility for a nominal fee.
Mission
The Memorial Student Union Building is designed to support the programs, events, meetings, and conferences of the students, faculty, and staff of Texas A&M University - Kingsville. Students receive priority in the reservation process because the facility is designed to support student life and is funded in part with student fees.
