Accessing Laserfiche

TAMUK uses the A&M System Laserfiche Shared Services, hosted in College Station. You can now access Laserfiche with your university credentials by following these steps:

1. You may access your Laserfiche Forms Inbox here: https://lf-1p-forms-1.auth.tamuk.edu
2. Once there, click the green "System Member Log-In (Non-NetID)" button.
3. After selecting our university from the list, you'll be direct to the Office 365 login page, where you can sign in with your university credentials.

Only users who are a part of the approval process in one of the above Laserfiche forms will need to login. If you currently do not have an account to do so, please fill out this form and reach out to ITS for assistance in accessing Laserfiche forms.

Once given access, reach out to the current admin listed below for the correct team and role access. Any question or issues regarding the forms can be redirected to the form admin (nickolas.rodriguez@tamuk.edu).
