ELEVATE: Employee Development Program
ELEVATE is a comprehensive employee development program designed to foster personal growth, strengthen collaboration, and build leadership capacity across the organization. Through a structured, multi-phase approach, ELEVATE equips employees with the skills needed to succeed in today’s dynamic workplace.
What Is ELEVATE?
ELEVATE focuses on developing essential competencies through interactive workshops, guided reflection, and practical, real-world application. Participants will build self-awareness, enhance communication skills, strengthen teamwork, and develop strategic leadership abilities that support both individual and organizational success.
Program Phases
Phase 1: Personal Foundations
February 5 and February 24, 2026
Participants will develop self-awareness and humility through reflective journaling, personality assessments, and growth mindset discussions.
Phase 2: Interpersonal Skills
March 2026
This phase emphasizes communication and emotional intelligence using role-playing activities and peer feedback.
Phase 3: Collaboration & Team Dynamics
April–May 2026
Employees will build trust and accountability through team-building activities and cross-functional collaboration.
Phase 4: Strategic Thinking & Change Leadership
September–October 2026
Participants will strengthen adaptability, critical thinking, and change leadership skills through case studies and simulations.

Get Involved
Supervisors are encouraged to support employee participation and incorporate ELEVATE principles into daily work. Employees should watch for invitations to upcoming sessions beginning in February.
