Performance Assessment Network (PAN)


TAMUK Academic Testing Center is part of PAN Testing Center Network. PAN is a leading provider of web-delivered, high-stakes testing and assessment solutions for major government and corporate clients, specializing in pre-employment selection, promotional, personality, and skills assessments.

Academic Testing Center now offers I-9 processing through Performance Assessment Network (PAN). The I-9 form is used to document that each new employee (both citizen and non-citizen) is authorized to work in the United States. The Candidates will be scheduled in order to have the I-9 form verified by a proctor. Candidates will not use a computerized test station but rather work with the proctor to complete the form.

Information to candidate

Candidates will schedule an appointment through PAN up to 24 hours prior to the desired testing or I-9 session upon availability. Candidates will not schedule an appointment directly with the test center.

Identification Requirements:

Testing candidates must have an acceptable ID on hand for the testing session. Candidates need to access and know their exam sponsor’s specific identification requirements. It is your responsibility to read and understand the ID requirements as published by the exam sponsors.

Candidates that do not present an acceptable ID will not be allowed to test. Acceptable photo identifications include Federal and State issued IDs:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • U.S. Military ID
  • Passport

PAN I-9 Identification Requirements:

For admittance to the I-9 processing appointment, the candidate must provide an acceptable identification(s) that is listed on the "List of Acceptable Documents" located below.

  • ID must be current and is only valid through the expiration date printed on it.
  • Only original documents are acceptable.
  • No photocopies will be permitted.
  • The candidate's name appearing on the ID must match the name appearing on the proctor console. Minor misspelling will be considered acceptable at the candidates check-in. If you have any questions regarding acceptable ID, contact PAN immediately.

Accommodations for Disabilities:

Candidates needing special accommodations must make prior arrangements with their exam sponsor during the initial application process, well in advance of a preferred testing date.  Accommodation requests will be reviewed by the test sponsor.  Testing centers are not permitted to offer accommodations that have not been approved by the test sponsor.
