Mission

Freshman Convocation is an annual event that allows First-Year students to learn about the Javelina culture, interact with students of the same major, and strengthen their school pride and sense of community. At this event, the freshman class will be welcomed by staff, faculty and administrators as important campus traditions and resources are introduced.
