The Texas A&M-Kingsville Javelinas baseball team ended their homestand this week by dropping three of four games to the Abilene Christian Wildcats.
The team is now 11-7 on the season and 7-5 in Lone Star Conference action.
Chase Myrick’s hitting streak is now at 20 games dating back to last season after safely hitting in every game this season.
The team will now hit the road to face the St. Edward’s Hilltoppers in Austin on Tuesday, March 4 in a game that starts a two-week trip away from home.
The Hogs lost to the Hilltoppers, 5-1, two weeks ago at Nolan Ryan Field.
The team will then get back to conference action on the weekend against the Central Oklahoma Bronchos.
