For students across the country, finals week is the last obstacle that stands in between themselves and summer vacation. The South Texan asked students at Texas A&M University-Kingsville to comment on their approach to finals and found many shy away from studying last minute.
“Just review everything. I haven’t met anyone yet that has four classes and four finals. It’s not that big of a deal for me I have one final to study for and that’s it. You should just review tests and notes. Don’t cram.”
- Ian Walker, sophomore bio-medical major
“I don’t worry about it too much. I just study the day before, I don’t want to get too stressed out.”
-Cameron Moon, senior pre-physical therapy
“I have to start a week ahead. First of all for one class you have to study for several days. Don’t wait until the last minute or you are going to be lost and you are not going to learn anything.”
-Rene Valdez, Spanish graduate student
