Project Submission

This form is for university personnel only. Complete a form for every project being requested. The Office of Marketing and Communications has the discretion to accept or deny any project that it feels does not meet the overall marketing mission of the university.

  • The client must provide all copy for new projects typed in a word document (.doc) file format.
  • The client must complete and email Project Agreement form to
  • The Office of Marketing and Communications reserves the right to set the priority of projects on its calendar.
  • Projects will be reviewed for approval in the order they arrived.

The Senior Graphic Artist will contact the client within five working days to inform them if the project was approved or denied. At that time table will be set for required content and proof reviews. A graphics approval form will be provided when ever a client is proofing. The designer will not proceed further on a project until written approval is given to move forward on a project or make the requested changes.
