The Women's Enrichment Programs establishes a gender equity environment that encourages personal growth via individualized services, skill building training, and educational outreach.
SIGNATURE EVENTS
Breast Cancer Walk/Run - Uniting as “Pink Warriors” to celebrate, honor, and remember our friends and love ones. During Homecoming celebrations, the annual Breast Cancer Walk/Run is coordinated to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and bring awareness about Breast Cancer facts.
Women’s History Month – Reflecting on Women’s past and present historical events through the sponsorship of guest speakers, activities, and articles that highlight women’s remarkable accomplishments.
Be All You Can Be Awards - Honoring six females for their leadership contributions to the University community as students, faculty, and staff members.
Walk a Mile in her shoes - Wearing women's shoes while walking a mile on campus, Texas A&M - Kingsville men help raise awareness about gender violence.
Take back the night - Empowering each other to stand strong, illuminate the night and share stories to end sexual assault, domestic and gender violence.
