Summary of Process:

a. Coordinate with Warrior Forge eligible cadets for their choice of either CTLT Internships or CTLT-Platoon leader positions.

b. CTLT Platoon Leader positions are provided to Battalions via CCIMS.

c. For CTLT Internships, do the following:

(1) Cadet completes the on-line CTLT Internship Application, saves and provides it electronically to MSG Chung on or before 9 January 2004.

(2) PMS or designee, e-mails application to Cadet Command with statement in the body of the email that the cadet is approved to apply for the specific internship.

(3) Battalion representative, faxes all supporting application documents within two (2) days of application submission to (757) 788-5454, CTLT Program Manager using the downloadable CTLT Fax cover Sheet found on the CTLT web page.

d. 16 Jan 03 to 13 Feb 04 - Review application packets for approval/disapproval.

e. 27 Feb 04 - Complete electronic approval/disapproval notification to PMS.
