Cadet Troop Leadership Training

CTLT gives you first-hand experience in the duties, responsibilities, and living conditions of a junior officer in the Army by providing you 3 weeks of duty in an active Army unit. Overseas CTLT tours are for 4 weeks unless otherwise specified. Duty tours are during the summer after advanced camp assignments. If you are fortunate, you may participate in a field training exercise as a platoon leader. Equally challenging assignments are available in most branches of the Army. You can get all of this and a paycheck too.
