Hazelwood waives tuition and fees for Texas veterans. Under the Hazelwood Act, a Texas veteran is one who served 180 days of consecutive active duty, whose DD-214 shows Texas as his/her home of record, and who received an honorable discharge.
The application is available from the Veterans Affairs Coordinator in the Office of the Registrar (College Hall room 150).
