Toastmasters Club is the best way to improve your communication skills. Lose your fears of public speaking and learn skills that will help you be more successful in whatever path you've chosen in life.

Toastmasters International is a leading movement devoted to making effective communication a worldwide reality. There are currently 190,000 members in more than 9,300 clubs meeting in approximately 70 countries.

Today you may be more comfortable communicating by electronic mail or telephone than communicating face-to-face. Speaking to large or small groups, or even one-to-one, may intimidate or frighten you. In Toastmasters you will learn how to successfully formulate, express, and sell your ideas and yourself get rid of that nervousness you feel when called upon to speak. You will improve your ability to listen and evaluate other people's ideas, and you will learn leadership skills along the way.

Public speaking skill is very essential in our daily life. But often we ignore the multitude of its facets. According to the Job Outlook 2003 Survey, Communication Skills ( verbal and written) happens to be the number one quality that employers look for in the prospective candidates. For the fifth year in a row, employers have said that strong communication skills are at the top of their list of desirable qualities in new hires. It is therefore necessary to improve your verbal communication skills by enrolling in public speaking courses. Toastmasters Club provides an ideal platform for you to improve your public speaking and leadership skills.

Toastmasters Is For Everyone
Toastmasters International has a policy against discrimination:

“No person shall be excluded from membership in a Toastmasters club, and no member shall be deliberately discriminated against in the conduct of official Toastmasters programs because of age (except those persons under the age of 18), race, color, creed, gender, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or physical or mental disability so long as the individual, through his or her own efforts, is able to participate in the program.”

Policy violation by an individual member, club, area, division, district or other official groups will subject the offending person or entity to disciplinary action, in accordance with the Bylaws of Toastmasters International, unless the offending party ends its own violations.

The names 'Toastmasters International,' 'Toastmasters,' and the  Toastmasters International emblem are trademarks protected in the United States, Canada, and other countries where Toastmasters clubs exist. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
