The Texas Association of Chicanos in Higher Education is featuring Texas A&M University-Kingsville as its Institution of the Month. The university logo with link to our web page is prominently featured beginning today through Jan. 15, 2007, on the TACHE web site at www.tache.org.

Scene in SA Monthly magazine profiles the top professors in San Antonio, including the Texas A&M-Kingsville System Center’s Dr. James Jurica, Dr. Cheng-Hsien Lin, Dr. Kathleen Voges and Dr. Rosa Maria Abreo. Senior offensive tackle John Cook has been named a first team All-America selection by the American Football Coaches Association – marking the 42nd consecutive year that the Javelinas have had at least one first team All-America pick.
