SPEAKER TO SPEAK ON URBAN CHINA

KINGSVILLE (September 2, 1998) -- Dr. Jieming Chen will speak at the International Affairs Group brown-bag lunch on Sept. 11 in the Century Room of Student Union Building on the Texas A&M University-Kingsville campus. Chen, who received his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, will speak on old age support and intergovernmental relations in urban China.

Dr. Richard Hartwig, chairman of the political sciences department at Texas A&M-Kingsville, said the noon lecture is open to the public and sack lunches are welcome.
