MENDOZA RECEIVES CHEMISTRY SCHOLARSHIP

KINGSVILLE (October 8, 1998) -- Joey Mendoza, Texas A&M University-Kingsville freshman chemistry major from Robstown, receives the Edward V. Ruhnke Chemistry Scholarship for the Fall1998 and Spring 1998 semesters from Dr. Edward V. Ruhnke, a Texas A&M-Kingsville emeritus chemistry professor who originally established the scholarship. This scholarship is awarded each year to a freshman with an outstanding academic record.
