A&M-KINGSVILLE 'HOGGIE DAYS' REGISTRATION DEADLINE SET

(KINGSVILLE, October 29, 1996) - Incoming freshmen and transfer students with fewer than 20 hours enrolling in the Spring 1997 semester at Texas A&M University-Kingsville are invited to participate in a "Hoggie Days" orientation session slated for Nov. 14.

Hoggie Days orientation is designed to aid in making the transition to the A&M-Kingsville environment a smooth and enjoyable experience for prospective students. During Hoggie Days, which will be held in the Student Union Building on campus, students will have an opportunity to take placement tests, attend workshops, register for classes, meet new friends and learn what to expect regarding their college years at A&M-Kingsville. Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend.
