Accepting Awards Online


Log onto the Internet and access Blue and Gold Connection.

  1. Click on Blue and Gold Connection.
  2. Click on Log in to For Students, Faculty, and Advisors
  3. Click Yes on the Security Alert window
  4. Click on Enter Secure Area
  5. Enter your Student ID (Banner ID; K Number) as the User ID, your date of birth as the PIN and login.
  6. Click on Student & Financial Aid.
  7. Click on Financial Aid.
  8. Click on Award.
  9. Click on Accept Award Offer.
  10. Select the Aid Year and Submit.
  11. Select accept or decline award.
  12. Exit.


Be sure to Submit Changes or the Process will not go through.

Be sure to log out of Blue and Gold Connection to ensure the safety of your information.
