1. Go to www.jobtrak.com.

2. Click on "Students & Alumni".

3. Click on "Register & Post your Resume".

4. Scroll down to "College & University Career Centers" and press "T" on your keyboard to advance to schools beginning with the letter "T". Scroll down to highlight "Texas A&M University-Kingsville".

5. Scroll down the page further and fill in the School Password. The Texas A&M University-Kingsville Password is "javelina" and is only required if you are registering  from an off campus location. 

6. Click the "Submit" button.

7. Complete your Registration Profile. The registration profile consists of four pages, which include Contact Information, Educational Information, Employment Preferences and Demographic Information. Complete as much information as you possibly can. Do NOT leave out your GPA. This is an important factor in determining whether your resume will be accepted by the company for on-campus interviews. All fields in red are required, but you are strongly encouraged to fill out all possible fields. To make multiple selections or deselect any choices, hold down the Control key while clicking on the selection.

8. Fill in your Login Information. This is the last screen in your registration profile. It will allow you to determine what username and password you will type in to login to your account in the future. Use your name as your username. For your password, choose something you can easily remember.

9. Upload your resume from your diskette. You are allowed to upload up to ten resumes. If you do not upload a resume, you will NOT be eligible to participate in on-campus interviews! (Please Click Here for steps on how to upload a resume.)

10. Pay your $10.00 activation fee at Career Services or simply mail your check or money order and Release Agreement to:

11. Returning Users: Enter your UserID and your password.
