Past Research:  Development of Fourier Transform Mass Spectrometry (FT-MS) for high molecular weight analysis.

Current Research:  Computer modeling of high energy, high mass ions in a magnet and electric field.  Identification of organic compounds in South Texas Mesquite wood.  Development of analytical methods for the determination of added products to street drags.  Active in outreach programs to encourage students to study science.

Best Advice Ever Received:  JUST DO IT!

Hobbies:  Flying airplanes, flight instructor, commercial pilot.

What Influenced You to Study Chemistry:  A high school teacher.
