Medical Portal

The medical portal is an online system that allows the Health Care Clinic staff to communicate with patients. The portal utilizes TAMUK email addresses to relay messages to currently enrolled students. Personal email addresses cannot be utilized by our system.

You can use the portal to

  • Update your profile information such as your address or phone number with the Health Care Clinic.
  • Send messages to the Health Care Clinic staff. Please do not send messages regarding emergencies.
  • Download important forms required by the Health Care Clinic.
  • Return downloaded forms. Please return all forms through the messages tab using a PDF format. Please do not return forms using the upload forms button as you will receive an error message.
  • View your account balance.

Due to COVID-19, the portal cannot be used to schedule appointments. Currently, enrolled students can visit the portal at If you have difficulty accessing the portal, please notify the Health Care Clinic at 361-593 3196.

If you send a message through the portal and you do not receive an answer within 24 business hours (messages will not be answered on weekends or holidays), then you should call 361-593-3196. If you do not get a response, then call 361-593-3991 and ask to speak with a supervisor.

Students who are not enrolled for the semester or who have not paid the fee for the semester will be unable to utilize the portal.
