The Ronald E. McNair Scholars program is made possible through a grant from the U.S. Department of Education. This grant supports undergraduate students' scholarly activities throughout the academic year and summer. The McNair Program prepares undergraduate Juniors and Seniors aspiring to study at the graduate level.
Since 1995 the program has supported and provided access to research and graduate opportunities for 232 scholars
99% of all students enrolled have graduated with a bachelor's degree
75% of all students enter graduate degree programs. This percentage is four times over the national average for minorities and underreprsented students.
