Arnold Gonzales’s artistic career has spanned five decades. His work has encompassed a wide range of styles including abstract, portraiture, landscape, and super realism. He has worked in many media including, acrylic, oils, pencil and pen and ink. His art has been showcased in numerous one-man shows, in public spaces, a national exhibition, and print and news media.

In his mural Mujeres a Través del Tiempo, artist Dr. Arnold Gonzales sets out to shine a light on an important part of South Texas history that often has gone unnoted.

President Steven H. Tallant cordially invites you to a reception honoring artist and alumnus Arnold Gonzales and the unveiling of his mural "Mujeres a Traves del Tiempo" as part of the President's Performing and Visual Arts Series.
