The Dick and Mary Lewis Kleberg College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Human Sciences at Texas A&M University-Kingsville recently held its annual awards program. Students and faculty were honored with various awards.
Two special awards given by the college include the Friend of the College Award and the Hall of Honor Alumnus Award. Dave DeLaney, vice president and general manager of operations for King Ranch Inc., received the Friend of the College Award. Dr. T. Vita Canales, superintendent of Ricardo Independent School District, was the Hall of Honor Alumnus for this year.
