Now On Exhibit

Created by the C.M. Russell Museum in Great Falls, Montana, and distributed by NEH-on-the-Road, this nationally-touring exhibit contains 22 kiosks exploring the significance of this American native species, the changes to its natural habit, and the effect its decline had on native peoples. The exhibit also examines the bison’s transformation to an icon and the effect its symbolism continues to have today. Several hands-on components help make this exhibit family friendly and fun!
