Email Services - Outlook Web Access

Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) email is available for Faculty and Staff. The TAMUK email address is the official email address for university correspondence.

Email accounts are created for you as part of you hiring process. The webmail client OWA is also available for use when receiving email on a computer system that is not setup with an email client application such as Microsoft Outlook.

Setting up E-mail on Smartphone Devices

LISTSERV General Mail Subscribe/Unsubscribe

Sign up for general interest mailings from faculty/staff/students. You can opt in or out at anytime.

Note: This mail option still follows our email policy.

This mailing system is intended for general e-mail notifications that sometimes get sent out by staff and faculty.  Some examples of these general e-mails are: Toner Giveaways, Lost and Found Items, etc. 

ListServ is a set of email addresses for a group in which a sender can send one e-mail and it will reach a variety of people.  This is similar to staff or faculty at tamuk.edu, the only difference is that there can be groups created to make the experience more suited for a particular group’s needs and the procedure is automatic.

This communication channel should follow the e-mail policies and guidelines found on our help page IT Policies page.
