Program Description:

The TAMUK Germany program is offered during the Spring Intersession and is a partnership  with Leuphana University, LSU-Shreveport,  UT-RGV  and TAMUK.  Here students from the three US-based universities are partnered with German students and host families and attend day long classes and seminars by faculty of the four universities, local businessmen and International Business consultants.  In the evenings, the students are usually  joined by their German hosts and we visit different restaurants for dinner.   This schedule of classes during the day, and socialization in the evenings repeats each night.  In addition, the groups goes on several excursions together. In the past these have included visits to the VW Automobile  Plant and Headquarters, a World War II Concentration Camp, and an weekend trip to Germany’s capital of Berlin.
