Our Goals
The goals of CREST-RESSACA include:

To serve as a center of excellence for environmental research in South Texas and the border region.

To provide increased access to M.S. and Ph.D. programs in environmental engineering to US citizens and permanent residents, and increase diversity in the national engineering workforce.

To facilitate capacity-building and infrastructure development for graduate engineering and science programs in South Texas.

To transfer research to the decision makers and stakeholders who influence the economic, social, and physical infrastructure along the border region
