About our instructor

Esther

Esther Yolanda Hollingshead, M.S., M.B.A., is one of the core specialists -presenters of Texas A&M University-Kingsville’s Center for Continuing Education.  Hollingshead has taught undergraduate, graduate and post graduate courses in Psychology, Human Resources, Personnel Selection, Personal Development, Learning Strategies and Organizational Development at a private international university in Mexico, Universidad Anahuac.  She taught Human Development courses, seminars, and conferences at various private and public, national and international Universities, organizations and private companies.  Also, she is the author of “Human Relations”, a textbook used in schools and academic institutions for the state of Veracruz in Mexico.  In 1980 she became the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Professional Research and Studies, a consulting company for private and public businesses focusing on aspects and concerns related to Human Resources.  Hollingshead has over 30 years of experience teaching Human Development and Human Resources and she is a regular presenter on Human Resource Development topics at state, national and international conferences.
