The Center for Continuing Education's Yoga & Meditation course is for everyone, whether you have previously taken classes or it is your very first time! Yoga teaches relaxation through breathing techniques which can help reduce stress and anxiety levels. Some additional benefits of yoga include improved strength and muscle tone, greater flexibility, increase in energy levels, as well as better balance!

Objective

The participant will learn concentration & awareness, balance & coordination, breathing exercises, self-awareness and self-confidence.

FAQ's

What should I bring?
To ensure that you have the best experience possible, you should bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

What should I wear?
It is best to wear workout clothing such as, but not limited to yoga pants, sweats, t-shirt, and athletic sneakers.
