Student Assessment Results

To highlight some of the pre-post results of psychometric instruments used during the Summer Camp, 86% of the incoming freshmen learned new time management techniques; 71% believe that the camp convinced them to be more successful in college; 64% felt that the camp assisted them in being “truly college ready"; 71% thought they had the skills to be successful in college before the camp whereas 93% felt they possessed college-ready skills at the conclusion of the camp and were better prepared to enter their first semester.

The full pre-post psychometric instrument with results indicates that students found value in the material they learned during the N-culture-8 Camp.  Many students commented that they would recommend the enculturation camp to other incoming freshmen as a good introduction to college life and expectations.
