Housing Rates for Fall/Spring Agreement 2018-2019

 

 

Cancellation Deadlines:

July 1 - Fall Semester     December 1 - Spring Semester    

May 1 - Summer I           June 1 – Summer II

Cancellation before the Semester Deadline: If your plans about attending school change, you must cancel your housing reservation in writing by the deadline in order to get a $100 refund of your deposit. Written cancellation requests may be received in person, by mail to the UHRL Office,  MSC 108, 700 University Blvd., Kingsville, TX 78363-8202 or by email residencelife@tamuk.edu. Termination/Cancellation after the Semester Deadline:

For 1st Time Applicants and Returning Residents, a Housing Exception Request Form (PDF) must be submitted and if approved, the $150 housing deposit will be forfeited.

2. After Semester Deadline ( Between 1-30 Days)

3. After Semester Deadline (After 30+ Days)

$650 ***

*$50 of your Housing Deposit will be forfeited.       

**A Housing Exception Form must be submitted and if Approved the housing deposit will be forfeited and your Blue and Gold Student Account will be charged a $400 Cancellation Fee.

THE UNIVERSITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE HOUSING RATES WITH 30 DAYS NOTICE.
