Texas A&M University–Kingsville reports student enrollment information to the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) throughout the semester. Loan servicers, lenders, and other authorized organizations may obtain enrollment information directly from the National Student Clearinghouse.

The Office of the Registrar can also provide enrollment verifications for other purposes, such as insurance, credit cards, or other requests. 

How to Request an Enrollment Verification

1. Complete the Enrollment Verification Request.
2. Provide all required information and indicate how you would like to receive your enrollment verification.
3. Allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed.

Note: If you choose to pick up your enrollment verification in person, you must present a valid photo ID.
