1:1 Training

Personalized, results-focused coaching tailored to your goals and schedule.

What’s included:

  • 60-minute one-on-one session
  • Customized program with ongoing updates
  • Technique coaching and form cues
  • Progress tracking and accountability

  • Non-Member: $50 | $75*

Small Group Training (up to 4)

Train with friends and stay motivated—shared coaching with individual modifications.

What’s included:

  • 60-minute coached group session (2–4 participants)
  • Group program with personalized scaling
  • Form checks, partner drills, and progression plans
  • Goal tracking for your group
  • Student: $20
  • Member: $25 | $35*
  • Non-Member: $50 | $75*

Nutrition Coaching

Clear, practical guidance to fuel training, support recovery, and build healthy habits.

What’s included:

  • Intake consult and goal setting
  • Personalized strategies for meals, snacks, and hydration
  • Habit-building tips for busy student schedules
  • Basic meal frameworks and campus-dining suggestions
  • Student: $20
  • Member: $25
  • Non-Member: $35

Policies

For the most current personal training policies (cancellations, rescheduling, session expiration, and refunds), please contact fitness@tamuk.edu.

 

  • Open to students, faculty/staff, alumni, and community members with valid memberships.
  • All sessions are provided by certified TAMUK Rec Sports trainers; private arrangements outside Rec Sports aren’t permitted.

  • Registration, PAR-Q, informed consent, and liability waiver must be completed before your first session.
  • Purchases are made in person at the Rec Sports Office or online at LINK

  • Give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations/no-shows forfeit the session.
  • Trainers wait up to 15 minutes; sessions end at the scheduled time.
  • Sessions expire 365 days from purchase. Student-rate sessions should be completed by the end of the semester unless otherwise approved.

  • Refunds: within 5 business days of purchase (with receipt) and before your first session is scheduled.
  • Medical refunds may be approved with documentation. Safety may require medical clearance.
