At TAMUK Rec Sports, fitness is personal, goal-driven, and accessible. Whether you’re starting fresh, breaking through a plateau, or bringing wellness to your group, our programs meet you where you are—and take you further.
Recreational Sports has teamed up with Health and Kinesiology to offer FREE fitness classes for students, faculty, staff and the community through a grant from Methodist Healthcare Ministries Community Exercise Outreach initiative. Below is a Summer 2026 Free Fitness Class. Classes begin June 8th. Zumba will start June 15th.
