All items must be completed before the program can be considered for approval and added to the Events/Programming Calendar. A response email will be returned to you upon review from your supervisor or group advisor. Important Reminder: In order to receive Housing funds for your programs, you must demonstrate need and request the funds prior to your program date. Please be advised that depending on the nature of your programs, you may be required to complete additional supporting documents.
Important:
Publicity must be submitted to serena.reopelle@tamuk.edu within 3 days of the approved program. Jpeg images are the best for sharing on Social Media.
