Zoom Webinar
Hosting a Zoom Webinar
Faculty and staff who wish to host a Zoom webinar may request a temporary webinar license. We offer shared licenses that support either 1,000 or 3,000 attendees, depending on your anticipated audience size. These licenses are available at no cost for the duration of your event. Availability is limited, please check with us well in advance of your scheduled event.
If you are not familiar with planning or hosting a Zoom webinar, we kindly ask that you review the available training materials before a license is assigned. The training videos provide general guidance. Please note that when the videos refer to licensing or signing in to the Zoom portal, TAMUK uses assignable webinar licenses and the login portal is: https://tamuk-edu.zoom.us.
Note: Beyond providing access to Zoom and Zoom Webinar software, we offer training on how to use the platform and can recommend appropriate hardware. However, we do not provide onsite hardware setup, event broadcasting, or Zoom event production services.
