Welcome y Bienvenidos to the Center for Student Success at Texas A&M Kingsville! We are dedicated to supporting you throughout your college journey with a range of services and programs tailored to meet your needs. Whether you are a first time in college, first generation student, graduate student, or coming back after a break, you belong here with us as part of Javelina Nation.
First-year students are seamlessly integrated into the Javelina community through the University Success course, where they connect with peers in similar majors, receive guidance from a peer mentor, and are supported by a Student Success faculty member. This course is designed to equip you with essential skills for academic and personal success.
As an institution centered on student success and serving, we are committed to programming specifically tailored to the diverse student body that makes up the Javelina Nation. We offer events specifically tailored to help you navigate college life and thrive in your new environment.
All students can take advantage of the resources available at the Pathways Academic Assistance Center and the University Writing Center, where tutors are ready to assist you. Additionally, the Center for Student Success Office provides mentorship to support your academic journey. Our team of professional academic advisors is committed to keeping you on track for graduation.
