Does Cardiovascular Fitness Predict Neurocognitive Fitness?

Research has shown that various types of physical exercise can have a strong impact on a participant’s brain and cognitive function in the present and future.  A typical approach to process the advantages of physical exercise is to conduct an electroencephalography test on the participant.  This test can give further information about the participant by producing a graph with a N2 peak being shown. The N2 peak will further show if the incongruent or congruent trials is more dominant in showing negative activity in the brain. This research will show that cardiovascular fitness has improved the neurocognitive fitness.
