NOTICE: Only the graduating student will be allowed to lineup in the processional and cross the stage unless arrangements have been made through Student Accessibility Services. All family and guests must remain in their seats during the ceremony.

Steps to Graduation
Step 1: Meet with Your Academic Advisor or Graduate Coordinator
Before applying for graduation, meet with the appropriate academic representative to confirm that you are on track to complete your graduation requirements.
- Undergraduate Students: Meet with your Academic Advisor.
- Graduate and Doctoral Students: Meet with your Graduate Coordinator.
- If you are earning two degrees from two different colleges, you must meet with an advisor from each college.
You should complete this step before submitting your graduation application.
Step 2: Apply for Graduation
After meeting with your Academic Advisor or Graduate Coordinator, submit your Graduation Application online through Blue and Gold Connection.

Step 3: Review Your Graduation Information
After submitting your application, review your information carefully to make sure everything is correct for graduation and commencement.
Need to change your name?
Submit a Change of Personal Data Form before the applicable graduation deadline.
Need to change your major, minor, or concentration?
Contact your Academic Advisor or Graduate Coordinator for assistance.
Need to update the address where your diploma will be sent?
Update your diploma mailing address through Blue and Gold Connection.
Important: Review your information as early as possible. Waiting until graduation approaches may delay updates to your academic record or diploma.
