Graduation Application Opens: February 2, 2026

Graduation Application Deadline: June 1, 2026 (5:00pm)
Graduation Cancellation Deadline: July 24, 2026 (5:00pm)
Ceremony Time:
NOTICE: Only the graduating student will be allowed to lineup in the processional and cross the stage unless arrangements have been made through Student Accessibility Services. All family and guests must remain in their seats during the ceremony.

Steps for Completion of Graduation
Step 1. Meet with your Academic Advisor (UG) or Graduate Coordinator (GR/ DR).
To ensure your success in meeting graduation requirements, you must meet with your advisor PRIOR to applying for graduation. If you are receiving two degrees from two different colleges, you must meet with both advisors.
Step 2. Application for Graduation
After meeting with your Senior Advisor/Graduate Coordinator, you may complete the online application for graduation via Blue and Gold Connection
Step 3. Review Information
- Need a Name Change? Submit a Change of Personal Data form prior to the deadline.
- Need a Major, Minor, and/or Concentration Change? Contact your Advisor.
- Need a Diploma Address Update? Make changes via Blue and Gold Connection.
