Workday


The Texas A&M System uses a cloud-based human resources and payroll system called Workday. Employees can access their Workday account through SSO.

Please consult the appropriate link for assistance. You can also schedule a training session with a member of the Office of Human Resources by completing this form.
For guidance on a specific function or inbox task, please type the business process's title in the Workday Help search bar.
  • Click Workday Help below
  • Type "edit position restrictions"
  • Click the first link titled "Edit Position Restrictions"

Your Workday Profile – Is it accurate?

Faculty and staff at Texas A&M University - Kingsville should annually review and update their personal and employment information via Workday. Your participation in keeping your information up-to-date ensures the university has accurate information for the online A&M directory, emergency contacts, and demographics for federal, state and university compliance reporting

To ensure your personal and employment records are accurate, all employees should review and update the following information annually in Workday:

  • Home address
  • Phone numbers
  • Emergency contacts
  • Job summary
  • Degree completion
  • Veteran status
  • Foster child status

How to update:

  1. Log in via SSO
  2. Select Workday
  3. Go to Personal Information
  4. Review and update each section as needed
  5. Click Submit to save changes

Keeping your profile current helps ensure proper communication and compliance with university policies.
