The President’s Leadership Academy at Texas A&M University–Kingsville is your opportunity to grow, connect, and lead with confidence. Designed for faculty and staff across campus, this program empowers individuals who are ready to strengthen their leadership skills and make a lasting impact within Javelina Nation.
Over the course of this 11-month experience, participants engage in dynamic learning opportunities that prepare them to navigate the evolving challenges of leadership in higher education—while discovering more about their own leadership style along the way.

Applications open once a year, and when they do, you’ll be the first to know! A university-wide email is sent to all faculty and staff with everything you need to apply.
