The President’s Leadership Academy at Texas A&M University–Kingsville is your opportunity to grow, connect, and lead with confidence. Designed for faculty and staff across campus, this program empowers individuals who are ready to strengthen their leadership skills and make a lasting impact within Javelina Nation.
Over the course of this 11-month experience, participants engage in dynamic learning opportunities that prepare them to navigate the evolving challenges of leadership in higher education—while discovering more about their own leadership style along the way.

Faculty at the director level, department chair, assistant dean, and associate dean

Staff at the assistant director level or above

Individuals currently serving in a supervisory role
Aspiring Leaders Program
For those who are ready to step into leadership and grow their potential.

Full-time faculty and staff

Individuals who are eager to grow as leaders

No supervisory experience required
