Hybrid Instruction Classrooms


Hybrid Instruction Classrooms:

A new design that was improved from the video conference classrooms is the hybrid instruction classroom.  These rooms have a touch panel that controls two cameras in the classroom, which focus on either the instructor or the classroom in general, microphones in the ceiling as well as on the instructor podium and a TV located in the back of the room which mirrors what the instructor sees on their desktop as a confidence monitor.  These rooms were designed to perform with video conferencing technology, with Zoom being our current service.
