Managing University Websites

Each academic and non-academic group is responsible for maintaining their website. Websites are managed using the Cascade Server also known as the Content Management System (CMS).

Access: Becoming a Content Contributor

Access to this system is only available for active student, staff and faculty members of TAMUK.  CMS Access Form

  • Complete a copy of the form.
  • Deans, Executive Directors and higher do not need their immediate supervisors approval for access.
  • Supervisors act as back ups and should attend training.

Student Organizations needing a website visit www.tamuk.edu/osa/studentorganizations

Access Removal

Supervisors must notify Web Services staff to remove access of a content contributor that should no longer have access.

Guest Accounts

All content contributors must be employed with Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Guest accounts are not allowed.
