You will need to apply through Blue and Gold connection.

I did not apply for graduation in time by the deadline. How can I apply for graduation?

  1. You will need to email Graduate Studies at the following email:
    1. Your subject of the email should have "missed graduation application deadline" followed by your term of graduation and your Full Name.
    2. For the body of the email you will need to have a detailed reason as to why you were not able to apply for graduation along with your K number and Full Name as it appears with your university official records.
  2. Once your email is received Graduate Studies Staff will look into it on a case by case basis while consulting with the Vice President of Research and Graduate Studies to make the determination.
  3. If allowed to apply a confirmation email will be sent to the Graduate Studies office who will then send a paper application form for the student to fill out and return back to the Office of Research and Graduate Studies as soon as possible to be processed.

How should I format my Manuscript?

How do I know my formatting is right on my signature page(s)?

Can I submit my Manuscript to the Office of Research and Graduate Studies prior to the deadline?
