Refund Policy


If, for any reason, you have to cancel your registration, you will need to contact Javelina Camp at tamuk.javelinacamp@tamuk.edu by email, informing them of your cancellation. You will receive instructions on finalizing your cancellation. Cancellations will NOT be taken over the phone or in person.


 The following refunds will be given during these time periods:

 May 1 – May 31

100% Refund

$200 Refund

June 1 – June 30

75% Refund

$150 Refund

July 1 – July 31

50% Refund

$100 Refund

On or After August 1

0% Refund

No Refund

If you cancel on or after August 1st, then you will NOT receive a full or partial refund because lodging, meals, and giveaways have already been paid for by that point. If you register and are a "no show" or leave camp early, even if you leave due to illness, you will not receive a full or partial refund due to resources already being paid for.
